Our History
Our collaboration with Pegaso Online University began in 2007, just one year after its authorization by the Ministry of Education, University and Research with Ministerial Decree of 20 April 2006 (GU n.118 of 23 May 2006 – Ordinary Supplement n.125). After 13 years of hard commitment, today Pegaso is considered the most important Italian online university.
Pegaso in Ukraine
Thanks to the agreement between IELI and the “International Law Firm for Ukraine Legalgb Law Firm”, based in Kiev, Pegaso Online University is present in Ukraine through the partnership of the Chamber of Commerce and the Representation for Ukraine of the Italian Confindustria.

Educational offer in English
The Online University
Pegaso is an online university and constitutes the perfect solution for a Ukrainian citizen who does not have to travel to Europe to acquire a European degree. Study from home, thanks to the entirely online lessons and the teaching material found on the platform. Exams will also be online, by virtue of Italian laws to deal with the current health emergency. At the end of the emergency, exams will take place face to face in the most important cities of Ukraine.
